Please be advised that we have made every effort to make contact with all our guests that were affected by the BA flight cancellations this weekend. Those guests we have not been able to speak to we have left messages or sent emails.
We have been advised by BA that in order to reclaim your baggage you will need to visit www.ba.com and fill in a claim form under the ‘Lost & Damaged Baggage’ section. This will request an address to deliver your luggage to. You will need the code that can be found on your luggage ticket which will be attached to your passport or boarding card.
