Q: Which airline carriers do you use?

A: Voyages to Antiquity utilizes only major airline carriers and arrangements can be made from 60 North American gateways.

We will try and honor any requests for specific carriers, flights, seats and so on, but cannot guarantee accommodation and there may be additional costs for special requests. Please discuss your preferences with our Travel Consultant or your Travel Agent at time of booking. Business class upgrade arrangements are available from a select group of gateways.

Q: Can I make my own travel arrangements?

A: Yes, organising your own travel arrangements is possible.

We design our cruises as complete packages so that you get the most out of your holiday with us. This means we include flights and hotel stays on most of our itineraries. However, we recognise that some travellers may wish to make some or all of their own arrangements, so we offer two options:

1. To purchase cruise and hotel, simply deduct the "Air Credit" at the bottom of the price panel. Transfers from the hotel (if featured in your chosen itinerary) to the ship are included but not from the airport to the hotel.

2. To purchase cruise only, deduct the "Cruise Only Credit" at the bottom of the price panel. You are responsible for making your own way to and from the ship. Please note we cannot organise transfers for cruise only passengers.

Q: When will you confirm my flight details?

A: Guests with flight arrangements provided by Voyages to Antiquity can expect to have their flight confirmation within 60 days of booking, provided the booking is deposited.  Flight details are provided on booking confirmations or can be emailed on request. Please review the information on your flight confirmation carefully and let your travel agent or Voyages to Antiquity know of any changes that may be required.
