All these cultures founded cities on its shores until the region was finally annexed by Imperial Russia in the eighteenth century. This main focus of your visit will be the Crimean War with tours of Sevastopol and Balaklava- site of the infamous Charge of the Light Brigade. Also included are the famous steps of Odessa and the palaces of Yalta.
