National Public Radio Celebrity Hosts Diane Rehm and Scott Simon Sail from Athens to Rome

Voyages to Antiquity, in partnership with Cross-Culture Journeys, today announced NPR hosts Diane Rehm and Scott Simon will embark on a Greco-Italian journey aboard the Aegean Odyssey July 26th through August 10th. Diane Rehm is the producer and host of a nationally-syndicated talk show, The Diane Rehm Show, and Scott Simon is the host of NPR's Weekend Edition Saturday.

The cruise begins in Athens, Greece and sails to Nauplia, where guests visit the ancient city of Mycenae, before beginning a six-day exploration of the island of Sicily via a variety of intimate ports, including Taormina, Syracuse, Agrigento, Trapani and Palermo. Then the journey continues up the Amalfi Coast of Italy and ends in Rome. The hosts will be participating in talks and discussions about their careers and travel experiences.
