FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS

Please review the information on your flight confirmation carefully and let your travel agent or Voyages to Antiquity know of any changes that may be required. Changes to confirmed flight reservations made after an air ticket or e-ticket is issued can result in additional charges.

SEAT ASSIGNMENTS

Some carriers no longer allow specific seats to be requested for economy class travel (not always applicable if you have Frequent Flyer status with them). This may also apply if you are traveling under a group seat allocation (as with UK passengers on British Airways). You or your travel agent may contact the air carrier directly to request any special arrangements.

TRANSFERS

Transfers to and from the Aegean Odyssey, or a pre- or post- cruise hotel stay, are included for those guests arriving and departing on the dates featured on the published Voyages to Antiquity cruise or land itinerary. However, if you have requested early arrival or later departure from any of the cruise embarkation or departure cities, transfers are forfeited. Furthermore, to qualify for transfers, guests from Australia and New Zealand must have provided us with their flight details in good time prior to their arrival in Europe.

Guests with special or independent air or hotel arrangements can check with their travel agent or ask our representatives for suggestions regarding arrival and departure transfers. Specific details concerning transfer details, meet and greet on arrival, and location of the Aegean Odyssey in each port are provided in the Final Documents.
