"Those Who Seek Paradise on Earth Should See Dubrovnik"

G B SHAW

Venice to Athens

The dramatic beauty of the Adriatic coast has long inspired writers, poets and artists. Indeed, cruising the Kornati Islands and the Bay of Kotor in Montenegro allows you to see two of the most memorable landscapes to be found anywhere in the world. As well as providing outstanding natural beauty, this cruise will also take you to remarkable archaeological and historical sites en route: from the Byzantine splendor of St Mark’s and the tranquil beauty of the Venetian canals to the magnificent Roman Palace of Diocletian in Split. As you leave Dalmatia behind and continue your voyage to Athens, the ship will call at the island of Corfu and the port of Katakolon for a tour of the site of Ancient Olympia. Then, Aegean Odyssey will call at Nauplia for an opportunity to see Mycenae and Epidaurus. Finally, you'll arrive at the Athenian port of Piraeus for an overnight stay and a tour of the magnificent sites of the “Golden Age” of Athens.
